408 BC No historical evidence about the city of Kronia
It has been supposed that Kronia is to be placed in the area of Cannita,
near Solunto.
Cavallaro suggested that the bronze coin issued by Kronia has been struck
soon after the destruction of Himera, by some survivers who had reached the
sanctuary of Cronos in the neighbourhood of Termini Imerese.
